Frequently in my line of work I'm reminded that what I do is far from easy. It requires courage and conviction to put oneself out there for such important and polarizing discussions.

I risk my comfort and my physical safety to represent my community and culture with integrity, and I am exceedingly grateful to all who help me sustain these efforts.
